Hawaiieee!!
Both Gucci and Marc Jacobs in his resort collection have got some hot hawaii prints going on. I reckon this trend is too hip to hit mainstream this summer but keep your eyes peeled next summer. There will be some pieces like this on the high street if I have anything to do with it. I'm off to hunt on ebay for some Hawaii pyjamas like the ones in the top pic. It is my new treasure hunt. Maybe a rummage around Beyond Retro will get me something today.
Panama, very nice but check out the wallpaper!

Things you find down the back of the drawer...
I love going back to my parents house because I always end up finding something that has been unloved or loved and then dropped which finds a new place in my heart. My mum bought me these trousers a few years ago from Topshop and I just never really liked the fit but times change and the fact that they're a little baggy around the crotch area (re harem pants) is all of a sudden oh so Marc Jacobs new trouser shape. Plus I rolled them up at the hem, another SS09 trend which just alters the look and makes them less 90s tailoring and a bit more trainers with your suit arty. I suspect that only I relly understand what I'm going on about right now but thats fine.

More animal prints
I'm a teensy bit worried that I am turning into some Barbara Windsor type as I have now bought 3 leopard print garments within one month. But animal prints are in this summer so I have an excuse (snakeskin tipped to be the hottest trend of them all). This playsuit also jumps on the one shoulder trend bandwagon. The shoes are my new love a TKMaxx special. I wanted a pair like this a few years ago and asked my friends "is it wrong that I like these?" and they unanimously said 'yes'. The style does hark back to the 90s, chav mums wearing a pair with leggings, but now they are all over the designer shop.

ASOS LTD 100

The clue is in the name. A limited Collection of 100 pieces. Designs created by LCF students and the winners selected by the ASOS team to be sold on site. Launching at 1pm yesterday by 3pm my favourite pieces had already been sold out - you snooze you most defintely lose! Theres something great about bagging a piece where only 100 have been made, theres also something really not great about missing out on that last one! However don't be too disappointed there are still lots more lovely pieces to pick up. In my most humble opinion I think ASOS should have a continous collection showcasing new young designers like this (it certainly hasn't done Topshop any harm and the kudos is enough to pull all the fashionistas in).
Heres my pick;
Also if anybody loves me they will buy me the orange and black dress at the top..its only £250 plus my discount = £150 bargain???
