Nose rings are a bit of a fascination for me at the moment. I'd really love to just go out tomorrow and get it pierced but I know a few people, namely mum and boyfriend, who would have something to say about it. It's not like I would go as far as the Givenchy (top image) style centre nose rings that would probably end up tearing out your septum after a few hours...
